Notice is hereby given to all the members of the Association that the 59th AGM of Members will be held on Saturday, 2nd September, 2017 at 9.30 am at Lion’s Community Hall, Nr. Morarji Garden, Adajan, Surat wherein the following business will be transacted.
1. to read and confirm the minutes of last AGM held on 2nd October, 2016.
2. to receive and adopt the audited Statements of Accounts of the Association for the year ended on 31st March, 2017.
3. to appoint Hon. Auditors for the year 2017-18.
4. to elect office bearers of the Associaltion for the year 2017-18.
5. to elect members of managing committee and Library committee for the year 2017-18.
6. to elect new trustees of the Welfare Fund.
7. to transact any other business that may be brought with the permission of the chair.
